We often think of discipline as harsh, painful; maybe even punitive. To set goals, to push onward and upward, is to live a life of the highest value. It means quietly taking the reins on that which is within your power, digging deep to push beyond self-limiting thoughts and taking steps toward the things you desire. It's accepting what is with grace and achieving what you want to manifest with grit. Discipline is a beautiful way to strengthen your own self-worth in a time when it’s easy to get consumed by negativity.

When the going gets tough, you want to quit, keep going. Keep striving. Tell yourself, “I’ve got this”. I have found that when I “hang tough”, is when the magic happens, whether it’s building muscle or building a business. Whatever you want to be, do or create is within your power and just beyond your comfort zone. Stretch, reach and grow strong.
