The Red Edition

Our Red Edition cases are hand-crafted from lightweight, luxury paper and can be used 2-3 times before being recycled or composted.

Spilled on your Red Edition product by accident? If it’s at all damaged, don’t worry. The Red Edition is 100% paper, so if your compact becomes saturated with any product or oil, it can be composted rather than recycled.

The Refill

Refilling your compact is simple; just follow these steps:

  • Open up the compact and turn it face down. You will see a small hole below the label.
  • Using a pin, push through the hole until the used makeup cartridge is dislodged.
  • Insert the new makeup into the compact. The refill carton can be recycled, and your Kjaer Weis makeup is now ready for use.

What is lip tint, and what does it do?

Our Lip Tint adds a soft, natural touch of color to your lips. It’s perfect for effortless no-makeup-makeup looks, subtly enhancing your natural lip tone or adding a gentle pop of color that never feels overdone. With a lived-in, satin finish and skincare-quality ingredients, it nourishes like a balm while delivering beautiful, wearable color.

How should the Lip Tint be applied?

You can apply our Lip Tint with the warmth of your fingers or with our Lip Brush. Using your fingers, simply dab the color across your lips for a soft, diffused finish. For a more polished look and deeper color payoff, use the brush to paint the tint across your lips. The formula is buildable, so you can customize the intensity from sheer to bold.

Is lip tint better than lipstick?

Lip tint and lipstick serve different purposes. A lip tint gives a soft, sheer hint of color, while lipstick typically offers richer pigment and a more intense finish. Which is β€œbetter” depends on the look you want. Our Lip Tints are buildable, so you can wear a sheer wash for no-makeup-makeup days or layer for a more vibrant effect when you want a little extra impact.

Can the Lip Tint be used on the cheeks as a cream blush?

Yes, our Lip Tint can double as a blush. Dab a small amount onto the apples of your cheeks and blend well for a natural, flushed look. If you prefer a formula specifically designed for cheeks, try our award-winning Cream Blush. It delivers a long-wearing, natural-looking flush and can also be used on the lips and eyelids.

I love using a lip brush to apply lip gloss, and for that reason I adore the KW classic metal lip gloss case with the flat pan-type of gloss, especially on days when I am carrying only a very tiny handbag, and the gloss can be worn on my eyelids, lips, across cheek bones, etc. I also buy refills for the mirrored classic KW makeup pallette for when I take a larger amount of makeup kit with me.

This formula glides on nicely and feels superb with the natural oils and waxes. I have several colours and they are all distinct in how they look, from very subtle to bright and outstanding, while also feeling and looking natural at the same time.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this delivery system for my lips - but the formula and how beautiful it is has completely won me over. I love to put this on the center of my lip to brighten other lip colors. I also love it all by itself. Long lasting and beautiful.

Dream state is a pale

Dream state is a pale nude, more for fair or light complexion, mine is medium and the result is a little pale but actually I like the elegant and effortless shade it gives to my lips. I apply it with my finger and fade it. One layer for a subtle effect or more for a more intense color. It's not sticky, just like a balm. Ideal when you want to make an intense eye makeup.

Unfortunately as first,missed colour, this makes my lips like skin colour but pale,I look sick. And it's not moisturising enough. Quite thick. Would chuck it but can't as expensive. Mixing with other balms. It's internet, colours are always so different in person.

Perfect lip color

Sensuous Plum is a 'better than your natural lip color' lip tint. It is a very soft plum. The color goes on much lighter than it appears online. It wears beautifully. Perfect for everyday. The Iconic case has a nice weight to it and will last for years. Highly recommend!

Disappointed

Pros: the color I got is actually a nice shade. I like that the lip tint is made of natural products; Cons: it really doesn't sit well on the lips, somehow it doesn't absorb and looks granular. I paid for the iconic packaging (i think additional $12) and it kind of feels cheap (compared to some of the other clean beauty brands i have been using). Kind of disappointing for the money this products costs.

This lip tint goes on like balm and sets semi-matte. It has a slip, so it not dry, but, with staying power. This color for me, Sensuous Plum, is a gorgeous β€˜my lips but better’.

Colour is wonderful -just a deeper than lip colour. It's feels a bit dry while putting it on, so you would probably have to first put on iip moisturizer, which makes it then not so practicle (I bought it for on the go and finger application).
