Created from the highest quality materials sourced from around the world, each ingredient in a Kjaer Weis product has been carefully considered for its ability to work with the skin, not against it. Every batch of makeup has been inspected by hand and remains free of parabens, silicones, petrochemical emulsifiers and synthetic fragrances. Made in Italy, almost all of our products have been Certified Natural or Certified Organic by the stringent standards of the country’s certification body, the Controllo e Certificazione Prodotti Biologici.

Certified-organic takes the clean beauty concept to a higher level with discerning standards for safety, performance and good-for-you ingredients. Kjaer Weis certified-organic formulas are also proudly cruelty-free and gluten-free.
Definition of Certified Organic
95% minimum of the plants it contains are organic. At least 20% of organic ingredients are present in the total formula (10% for rinse-off products).
Root of Light
The Root of Light is the secret to our skin-kind, earth-kind formulas, for that luminous glow that can only be Kjaer Weis. The Root of Light, known as Dioscorea Batatas, is our hero organic illuminating ingredient that helps create the signature Kjaer Weis lit-from-within glow.
