To maintain its beauty, polish the exterior regularly with a soft cloth and the interior of the outer casing before inserting a new refill tube and wand. Welcome to certified organic beauty, refreshed. Again, and again, and again.

The Refill

Refill with a fresh formula and brush that you can stack in your Iconic Edition pack. Our refill tube is made of 50% PCR plastic.

Refilling your case is simple; just follow these steps:

  • Remove the black inner refill tube and wand from the outer case by sliding the cap and base off the tube.
  • Clean and dispose of the inner tube and wand (made from recycled plastic and nylon).
  • Take your new refill and slide it into the empty outer case. Recycle the red box and refill packaging. Refill again and again.

Please note: Im-Possible Mascara refill tubes do not fit our other mascara tubes.

How To Use
How to Apply

Start with the curved side facing you, and coat the lashes from the base to create volume. If you want length and definition, turn to the flat side to extend the lashes. For bottom lashes, use the flat side.

How to Remove

For removal, we recommend using an eye or bi-phase makeup remover, like the Kjaer Weis Cleanser. Soak a pad in remover, then gently press against closed eyes for 30 seconds. Repeat as necessary. Rinse.

How to Refill

Refill with a fresh formula and brush that you can slip into your Iconic Edition pack. Our refill is made of 50% PCR. Remove the outer case from the inner refill tube. Clean and dispose of the inner tube and wand, which are made from recycled plastic and nylon. Take your new refill, recycle the red box and refill pulp, and slide into your empty outer case. Refill again, and again, and again. Please note: Im-Possible Mascara Refill does not fit in our other mascara tubes.

Kirsten's Tip

Kirsten starts with the curved side facing the user and coats lashes from the base to create volume. Turn to the flat side and use the formula play time to extend lashes (especially in the outer corners), separate and add extra lift to the tips. For bottom lashes, use the flat side.

How do you remove Im-Possible Mascara?

Im-Possible Mascara is straightforward to remove. Soak a cotton pad in a gentle eye or bi-phase makeup remover, such as the Kjaer Weis Cleanser, and press it against closed eyes for 30 seconds. Repeat as needed, then rinse. The Cleanser's balm texture is particularly effective at breaking down the formula without requiring heavy rubbing.

How do you use the Im-Possible Mascara brush?

The dual-sided wand is designed to deliver two different effects. Start with the curved side facing you and coat the lashes from the base to build volume. Then turn to the flat side to extend the lashes, add definition, and separate, particularly in the outer corners. For bottom lashes, the flat side gives the most precise application. For maximum impact, layer while the formula is still workable.

Im-Possible Mascara contains sustainably harvested, Certified Organic Beeswax, which means it is not vegan. Beeswax is a key part of what makes the formula perform — it is a hard wax that, when balanced with the softer Carnauba Wax, creates a creamy, buildable texture that delivers volume and structure. I love this mascara - it is the perfect color of brown, and it adds just the right definition to my eyelashes. I experience very little transfer of the mascara throughout the day - so it holds up well. It also cleans off very easily. My only complaint is that sometimes too much product comes out on the brush - I don't mean a little - a lot - and it can take a bit to get the right amount of product on the brush.

I found it a bit tricky to apply evenly. I think the substance was a bit thick and so too much mascara stuck on the brush. But once I removed the residue with a different clean brush it looked great.

Product application and removal was very easy. True to color on my light, sparse eyelashes, made them look very full. I only wish there was a disclaimer or measurements for the product, the redill does not fit my previous KW mascara with the metal case, the Im-Possible cartridge is larger.

I love the applicator and

I love the applicator and the overall look when it is applied. I don't find it is the best for a long wear day in that it will bleed onto my eyelids. For those days I am more likely to use a tubing mascara. But I do come back to this option repeatedly for a lush look.

Overall, a pretty good mascara, especially if you’re looking for volume and length. However, mine arrived a bit dry, and the packaging is an issue—the wiper doesn’t work well, pulling out too much product, which I have to scoop back in.
