The substance and color is different than it used to be -it goes on much worse a thicker and then flakes off all over your face throughout the day. Bring back the old formulas.

Formula is super dry….when applied the eyebrows are hard and the hairs stick. Maybe I got an old one….not sure.

This is a nice blond/ash color with no red. I use several thin light coats for the most natural look. I've been using it for years with no plans to quit

New applicator brush is a disaster. I love the product and was a repeat customer, but I can’t apply it. The new brush is smaller than the previous one, and it leaves clumps on the brows. I tried everything - wipe off on the rim, on a tissue, start in the middle. No go. This product goes into the bin. Sorry KW, I really wish you didn’t tinker with it. :(((

it broke in second use

I use this brow gel in combination with the brow pencil and the colour brown works well with my grey hair. I have to use it very lightly and carefully to keep my brows looking natural.

LOVE this brow gel. Not exactly words I thought I’d say. But, it’s so easy to get on and OFF. Whatever the magic is- I hope KW keeps this product forever. My brows look naturally groomed- mine but better. I got the medium brown color. It shows up darker than the photos indicate, but the medium brown is perfect for me!

Perfect colour match and a game changer to blonde eyebrows!

The brush style and blonde color formula were both different from what I purchased in June 2023. The brush is too thin for regular thick brows; the blonde color is more towards a reddish blonde than brownish blonde. Very disappointed with the new brush style. It's almost impossible to just put on and "go". I tried what other users had recommended: brushing the eyebrows first with another brush and also wiping off some of the color first which seems to help. Overall it's a 3 step process versus what was a 1 step process.

I always struggled with brow pencils and similar products as they never delivered. The brow gel is a game-changer, and the result is super. I suggest the dark brown option for black eyebrows, as it works perfectly with mine. It has become a staple in my make-up routine, and I highly recommend trying it.

Pigmented and full of product, I need to wipe the wand before applying and then use a gel to brush the hairs apart. On its own, you’d need to wipe the brush.

The new and slimmer wand actually do make application easier if your brows are not so thick as mine. I love the natural result. I brush the brows before application. And when I want something more sophisticated I use a pencil before.

Devastated that this product failed me. It's very flakey and does not really coat my eyebrows well. I used NYX for ages and thought this would be a much better product given the price and brand. Sadly going back to NYX again.

This brow gel is my favourite brow gel ever! Matches my brows perfectly. I am sixty two and I have a couple of grey brow hairs coming through, and this covered them and still looks very natural.

I've been using another brand (JI) for more than 5 years. I wanted to make the switch to organic products. I LOVE this brow gel! The trick is to go a shade lighter. Glad I did. But, I would be happy if KW offered a clear version.

Happy to have this now that it’s finally been re-stocked. I haven’t decided yet if the new, improved wand/brush was worth it, though. It’s a little too thin to fluff and fill out my brow edges to the tips so I have to fuss a bit more than I care to.

I just received this so I can’t say too much now. But I wish it were a bit darker. But will see how it works.

Easy to apply on the brows, and I usually have trouble... Perfect match with my hair color, it seems to adapt to the brow tone! Looks completely naturally, the pics show it - I wear color blonde. Highly recommended!

A gamechanging product. I tried pencils and others to fill, shape and refine my eyebrows. None of them achieved the same result as the KW Brow Gel. The deep brown colour works well with black eyebrows. The finish is smooth and natural. It's simply a product I can't go without.

I love this but I do wish that it wasn’t so watery when applying it. So, I’m going to have to give it a four star rating, but only for that fact.
