How often should you use The Body Oil?

Is body oil better than lotion?

They work differently and can complement each other. Body oil absorbs into the skin to condition and nourish from within, and is especially effective at sealing in moisture when applied to damp skin. Lotion typically has a higher water content and a lighter texture.
