1. Beauty is on the inside.

A kind, beautiful soul easily supersedes physical beauty.

2. Cultivate an inner life via meditation or the like.

As a leader—and in life in general—it instills calm inside, so you come from a centered place and stay in control of your responses and actions.

3. Trust yourself.

As an entrepreneur stay true to your vision! A lot of well-meaning people will give you feedback. Listen, but know as the creator of a vision you innately know which way to go.

4. Your inner beauty routine is as important as your outer.

One’s beauty routine starts on the inside. The body (including your face) is a holistic experience. What we see on the outside is very much a reflection of what goes on inside; Diet, sleep, thoughts, stress levels etc.

5. An entrepreneur is nothing without a great team.

Know your limitations and hire accordingly as soon as possible.

6. Don’t take no for an answer.

If I had listened to the naysayers early on in the process of creating KW I wouldn’t have had a company today.

7. The idea that constantly working hard is the road to success is a myth.

Reflection, allowing the mind to be calm and create space to envision is equally important, they go hand in hand.

7. Never compromise.

Cutting corners is never satisfying. Do your very best, do what you feel is right. Surrender to the process and trust that the outcome will reflect your commitment.

8. Optimism is a super-power.

The concept of the glass half full or half empty is real. Every day, every hour, every minute you get to choose.

9. If you can envision it, you can do it.

If you have a Dream, picture it very clearly in your mind. See it, believe in it, then go get it.

10. Kindness translates beyond borders.

It’s a powerful universal language.
