Cloud Nine is a light champagne/ivory color, with a beautiful pearl finish. It’s wonderful to blend over the entire eye area- it goes on smoothly, and is very easy to apply. Great for Light to Medium-Dark skin tones. Cloud Nine will brighten the eye area on it’s own, works as a fabulous base for all colors in the KW line, and is a gorgeous highlighter that flatters every eye color.
