To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.


Please allow up to 5 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped by the following Wednesday. Please Note Kjaer Weis is closed on the weekends and major holidays.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or we will suggest an alternative. Please be aware that although we try to have items in stock at all times, it is not always possible.

While we will at all times use commercially reasonable efforts to get your items out to you as soon as possible, please note that shipment of your purchase during a sale may take up to 7 days due to high volume. All orders are shipped in the continental US via UPS GROUND only (excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Kjaer Weis purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. If the products are opened, a store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. Also note that CLEARANCE (including Out of Box) items, are final sale, as detailed in the product page for each clearance item, and NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds. If the revised order total fails below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed.
